IN3 Names New Assistant Project Manager

Bloomington, Ind. (July 8, 2021) – Adam Eichelberger has joined IN3 as an assistant project manager to aid in executing partner programs with the U.S. Department of Defense.

Eichelberger has a variety of experience in program management, strategic planning, policy development, acquisitions and business development, and he most recently was a program and business development manager with Davidson Technologies. In that role, he served as a contractor for the U.S. Army responsible for drafting, reviewing, recommending and revising a variety of partnership agreements as well as overseeing projects.

He previously served as deputy chief information officer and staff manager for the U.S. Air Force’s A1 staff and as director of the Program Management Office, where he provided global oversight of IT assets and personnel. Eichelberger previously held a variety of program management and strategic planning positions for the U.S. Army at multiple locations.

Eichelberger is currently completing his law degree at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and was articles editor for the Indiana International Law & Comparative Law Review. He has earned Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Certifications in program management, information technology, systems engineering, and test and evaluation.

He has twice received the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service and a Commander’s Achievement Medal from the U.S. Army. Since 2019 Eichelberger has provided volunteer legal services to destitute and underserved communities with Pro Bono Indiana.
